Who we are

Two Rivers Mill is a small-scale worsted mill in Coleraine, N.Ireland, owned and run by Phil and Dani Allen.

We began assembling the mill in 2012 to run small batches of alpaca fibre and we use the worsted process to give the best results for both huacaya and suri fibre.

We are re-using high quality machines which were built to last and specifically designed for industrial processing of long staple lustre fibres. After careful refurbishment and adjustment they can now run alpaca fibre at the finest quality.

What we do

Two rivers mill specialises in worsted processing of alpaca fibres, either as pure huacaya and suri or in blends with other fibres to suit different applications. We work with orders from 20kg to over 100kg.

We offer carding, top-making and spinning services at competitive prices with efficient turn-around. We can use your own fibre or source high quality fibre from specialist suppliers for bespoke projects.

Our main products are high quality tops and yarns for hand knitting, machine knitting and weaving and through our contacts can offer help with the manufacture of fine knitwear and woven garments.
